A mushroom manufacturer came to EDl recently. Author was very honored to participate in this meeting.
The customer said that the casters used at present are damaged too fast and the production cost is too high, so they can't find a good solution. They heard that EDL's newly developed hi-steam casters were specially suitable for the edible fungi industry.
They came here to understand the situation and bought several samples for trial. Later, they plan to replace with all the special casters.
